    we have two maxidas brought of c.e.s, that were working fine ,now one of them will only work on eobd,if you click any other icon is just says the vehicle program is not authorized,please obtain the authorisation,whats gone wrong paul

    problem solved,spoke to autel uk,they sent 1 hr on phone and doing remote computer access to access my computer,and it was a faulty cf card paul

    Hi I have a MaxiCHECK and try to use Oil Reset, but only receive "The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the autorization ! I also get this for a Mercedes Vito 2009 model. When I do EPB on Passat this work OK. Can I just put in a new CF card and download new software to solve my problem ? Best regards Jan Nordhus

    Hmmm, I will suggest you to do the update to see if the problem will be solved. But remember, pls do the update through our PC SUIT software came with the CD.

    I have the same problem. When I want to diagnostic Ford, Chrysler, GM... appears: "The vehicle program is not authorized, please obtain the authorization".

    Also, when I try to make an update it says that isn't updates availables. Please, help me.

    You can uninstall the vehicle programs that brings such an error message, and then update the programs again.

    After searching the serial number in our system, I find that it is already out of the free update period. And you need to purchase one-year update to do the updates again.
